The cruise ship “MSC Magnifica” is perfectly equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay at sea. We liked the quick boarding, everything was clear, even the African-American greeter at the entrance told us in Russian: “Welcome!”

I was already familiar with MSC Cruises, last year I traveled on the Meraviglia cruise ship.

Of course, I would like to get to know other cruise lines, but only MSC Magnifica operates on this route. There is a similar route from the Costa company, but if the question arises of which cruise company to choose, then my preference is of course towards MSC.

Accommodation on the MSC Magnifica

Having experience staying in a cabin with a balcony where you can admire the sea views and ports along the route, without any doubt I booked this particular type of cabin. Why save on comfort?!

I chose the external cabin type with balcony FANTASTICA. It gives some advantages over others, for example, BELLA. In the FANTASTICA cabin you can order “breakfast in bed” in the evening for the next morning. Indicate dishes, drinks and serving time on a special coupon. Voila! At the appointed time, you will hear a quiet, careful knock on the door. Breakfast is served, monsieur.

FANTASTICA also provides 12 vouchers for alcohol in restaurants and bars. You can also buy ice cream, the best coffee, juices, and cocktails with them.

And also, while living in such a cabin, you can change the time of meals in the restaurant. In a word, FANTASTICA — this is very convenient.

Italian bed linen made of natural cotton will provide a sweet sleep after an active day filled with new impressions and amazing discoveries. Regardless of the type and location of cabins on a cruise ship, they all have a full range of amenities:

Meals on the ship

For tasty and varied food on board the ship there are:

As a rule, in the morning and at lunch we ate on deck 13, where the buffet complex is located. I filmed part of this room and the breakfast dishes.

In the evenings we almost always went to a restaurant where delicious dishes were served. Before this, everyone dressed up to match the dress code and the general pomp of the establishment. After which we went to the theater for the next show.

Entertainment on the ship

For an interesting pastime, the ship has a theater, a library, a photo gallery, duty-free shops, a room for cigar lovers, a disco area, a casino for gambling passengers, a shuffleboard game, slot machines, game rooms for children and adults, an Internet cafe, bowling.

From the above, we regularly attended show programs in the theater, sometimes we went to the disco on deck 14, or to the dance floor in the bars on decks 5 and 6.

For sports activities

Gym, 6 Jacuzzis, 3 swimming pools, one of which has a retractable roof. There is also a basketball court on deck 14, which is suitable for mini-football and volleyball.

The only negative is that there is no single treadmill across the entire deck, as was the case on the MSC Meraviglia liner. Had to go for a morning jog around the outdoor pool.

But the presence of an indoor pool allows you to take water treatments in any weather. Morning exercises and then a jacuzzi perfectly tone up for the whole day. You go out into the city cheerful and in a great mood.

On board the ship “MSC Magnifica” there is a luxurious area for relaxation, restoration of the body and strength. Vacationers are offered the best Balinese massages, cutting-edge cosmetic and rejuvenating treatments.
