Like many people from more than 25 cities in Russia and neighboring countries, I dreamed of meeting the president of our club, Michael Hutchison. But alas! Customs did not give the go-ahead. This is the only unpleasant moment for all participants in the grandiose event. After all, that’s what it was called – Meeting with the president and founder of the cruise club InCruises!
And everything else went at the highest level. Ufa people are just great! Many thanks to the organizer of the meeting, national director, leader of Ufa, Gulnaz Musina.

He announced our trip to Ufa in social network groups, in various chats, and immediately before leaving he recorded a video clip.
We all prepared in advance, some booked seats for the event itself, others bought train tickets, others made badges.

And here we are as a friendly team on the train.
It won’t be long to go. In the evening we sat down — in the morning on the spot. The weather is great, and so is the mood.
The meeting with the president of the InCruises club is scheduled for 11 o’clock, and we are already at 8 am near the Congress Hall palace.
The main attraction of the city of Ufa — monument to them Salavat Yulaev, which is located in the park of the same name. There is also a gorgeous view of the Belaya River.
We didn’t even notice how several hours flew by before the start of the event.
They didn’t know yet that Michael Hutchison wouldn’t come; I even recorded another video before the start at the Congress Hall.

These were Venus Popova and Irina Shaposhnikova. I met them on a previous sea cruise on the MSC Meraviglia. We had a great time then, which is why meeting now was so pleasant.

Why Michael Hutchison was not allowed into Russia
The event has begun. Everything was going according to plan, an interesting and beautiful program, and suddenly the host announces that the president of the club will not be able to fly to Ufa and will address the audience via Skype a little later. That’s how it all happened. I recorded an excerpt of his address to those present at the meeting.
After the break, the meeting continued. Leaders spoke and told their stories of joining our travel club.
It was interesting to hear from those partners who received bonuses and an incentive cruise from the company under the “Quick Start” program.
Then the president got in touch again via Skype and gave comprehensive answers to questions about the prospects and growth of InCruises. He also mentioned the growth of the club, there are already more than 50,000 people around the world. In August alone, 11 000 new club members and partners joined us. Growing exponentially!

And finally, summing up, rewarding partners who have received the next rank in the company.
There was a second day ahead, but I did not have the opportunity to stay and returned with some of my fellow countrymen to Samara.
In conclusion.
Everything happens in our lives. Through no fault of his own, the president was unable to attend the meeting with the club’s partners. It was clear that he was as worried as we were about the force majeure that had happened.
